This page is absolutely great! I especially liked the myths/facts section and the section on positive characteristics of adults with ADD. Fantastic, detailed explanation of the symptoms and problems associated with ADHD. Follow the links to related pages on ADD medications and self-help. Probably the best self-help guide I've seen.
