Written by a doctor with ADD himself this lists 50 ways to cope with ADD from adults to children. From how to avoid procrastinating to color coding, making lists, notes, reminders to how to break down a large task into small ones. Good stuff here.

Obviously not all of the tips are for everybody, but there are truly some exceptional steps here you can take, right now, to improve your life.
