A pretty short article, but I think the personal approach is very valuable. I especially liked the inclusion of some of those quirky ADHD symptoms that general lists of symptoms can't really do justice to.

In addition to the article I highly recommend the video as well. In their own words these women talk about their struggles through life not knowing until they were adults that the cause was ADHD.

This video puts a human component into a condition that comes with "tag". See how diagnosis and treatment and the outlooks of these 3 different people has changed their lives for the better. I highly recommend this video especially to those and their families having a hard time with a diagnosis.
